The trek is a relatively less traveled route, 7 hours drive from the Kathmandu valley. The trek lies along with the backdrop of Ganesh Himal, Sringi Himal, Boudha Himal and Tsum Valley which is an unexplored region inhabited by Tibetan community.
Tsum Valley is extensively rich in culture and tradition that consists of several Buddhist monasteries, chortens, nunneries, and prayer walls. All these hold the religious and cultural significance of the people living in the region. The trail to Tsum valley involves trekking through upper Budhi Gandaki river valley and exploring the Tibetan communities and villages such as Chhokangparo, Lokpa, Philim, Nile, etc.
