Useful Information

  • Although we're flying 5 Person from Kathmandu, we're going to do two shuttles from Pheriche with every 3 Pax shuttles. That is due to the weight of the helicopter while taking off from the high altitude. If you are more than 3, then there will be two flights from Pheriche to EBC each carrying no more than 3 people.

  • Weight limits are analyzed in order to determine the best option that can be taken, whether to fly directly to Everest Base Camp or reaching Pheriche first and then flying in 2 shuttles to Everest Base Camp.

  • Especially, in low-peak season time (June to August and December to February), plan your trip with one or more extra days so that you can continue the tour the next day if the flight got canceled due to bad weather condition.

  • While booking a helicopter ride, please mention the total body weight and your reserved hotel address in Kathmandu.

  • 100% Full Refund in case of no flight due to the bad weather condition.
