Yoga and meditation have great benefits for those who have a problem, such as stress, depression, sleep disorder, high blood pressure, obesity, diabetes, digestive problems, back pain, cervical pain, arthritis, chronic, addiction, join and muscles pain etc. The yoga and meditation classes will be held will be one yoga session per day.
On the first day, we start with hiking to the location where we spend the night and will have a late afternoon or evening yoga session outdoors in the beautiful nature. All other days we will start with a yoga session in the morning looking out over the impressive Himalayas and will be trekking in the late morning and afternoons.
Everest view trek is also known as Everest Panorama Trek. During the Everest view Trek, you pass through the Sagarmatha National Park and pine forest, where Rhododendron flowers glow and there you find a diversity of wildlife. Also, you can view Everest Region and interact with the largest Sherpa community in Namche Bazar.
