Upper Mustang Trek is a moderate trek suitable for walkers who have the ability to walk at least five hours a day with a light backpack. Day 5: Trek from Kagbeni to Chele (3,050m): 5-6 hours
Day 6: Trek from Chele to Syanbochen (3,475m): 6-7 hours
Day 7: Trek from Syanbochen to Ghami (3,520m): 5-6 hours
Day 8: Trek from Ghami to Tsarang (3,600m): 5-6 hours
Day 9: Trek from Tsarang to Lo-Manthang (3,800m): 3-4 hours

For accommodations, we will be staying in Tea houses. You will be getting basic services from food to rooms. Most of the tea houses will have separate washrooms. So, get ready to be lined-up early. Depends on your budget, you will get foods from pizza to pasta. But, the price you pay will be higher than in cities. It is because the transportation cost to carry those foods is quite higher in remote places. Hence, it’s obvious to charge higher prices in places like Upper Mustang.
In the normal package, you will be served three meals everyday while on the trek (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner). For every extra food, you will have to pay extra.
