Itinerary

Day 1Arrival at Kathmandu and transfer to hotel in Kathmandu Airport (1310 m) on Bed / Breakfast (B / B)

Welcome to Tribhuvan Int’l Airport, Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal! One of the representatives from Mount Mania will be waiting to welcome you with fresh Nepali garlands and then transfer to your hotel by private vehicle. You will meet with trek guide and then brief about your trek.

Day 2Drive to Pokhara and overnight at Pokhara on B / B

After breakfast, we leave our hotel early morning for a drive with scenic views along the road to Pokhara via Prithivi national highway. The drive could take roughly 7-8 hrs to reach Pokhara. An alternative way to reach Pokhara is by taking a flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara for 35 minutes. Overnight at Pokhara hotel on Bed and Breakfast plan. (B/B)

Day 3Drive from Pokhara to Nayapul by Private vehicle and Trek to Thikedunga (1530 m) 4 hours walking over night at Lodge – Breakfast, Lunch , Dinner (B,L,D)

After having breakfast at the hotel, we will drive from Pokhara to Nayapul which takes approximately one and half hours, then we start the first part of our hiking to Tikhedunga (1530m) via Birethanti (1065m.) This is a pretty easy flat out hike as we pass through several small lively villages and settlements. You can enjoy greenery forest with beautiful landscapes. Overnight at Lodge for accommodation- Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner plan. (B/L/D)

Day 4Trek to Ghorepani (2860 m) 6 to 7 hours walking overnight at Lodge (B, L ,D)

After having hot breakfast at the lodge, we start trek and ascend steeply for the first 2 hours then ascend gently passing through Ulleri (2070m.) and Banthanti, villages. This path gives breathtaking views of Machhapuchhare or Fish Tail (6997m.), Hiunchuli (6441m), and the grand Annapurna (7219m) south on the way. Our trekking trail now gets quite easy going as we pass through rhododendron and shadowy forests amidst the cackling of birds which gives us good feelings till we ascend gently up to the final camp to the Ghorepani. Lastly, we will overnight at Lodge.

Day 5 Early Morning Sunrise View for Poon -Hill (3210 m) and Trek to Tadapani (2660 m) 6 to 7 hours walking overnight at Lodge (B, L ,D)

Early morning before sunrise, we will hike to Poonhill (3210m) and enjoy the sunrise views over Mt. Dhaulagiri (8167m), Tukuche Peak (6920m), Nilgiri (6940m), Varaha Shikhar (7847m), Mt. Annapurna I (8091m), Annapurna South (7219m), Annapurna III (7855m), Machhapuchhare (6993m), Annapurna IV (7525m), Annapurna II (7937m), Lamjung Himal (6931m) and other numerous snow-capped mountains. Poonhill has always been a symbol of beauty for the Annapurna region. Then we will return back to Ghorepani and have a hot breakfast at our lodge and trek to Tadapani (2650m). Most part of the trail is through blooming rhododendron forest; the beautiful flower makes the jungle colorful in spring. Later, overnight at Lodge.

Day 6Trek to Sinuwa (2360 m) 6 to 7 hours walking and overnight at Lodge (B, L ,D)

After having breakfast at the lodge, we start our trek; the trekking trail descends on a stone stairway for the first one and half hour and crosses the Chhomrong Khola on a suspension bridge, then climbs out of the side valley. High above the Modi Khola on its west bank, the trail passes through forests of bamboo, rhododendron, and oak, then we climb further on a rocky path, we will reach Sinuwa, at (2350m). Overnight at Teahouse for accommodation.

Day 7Trek to Deurali (3230 m) 7 hours walking and overnight at Lodge (B, L ,D)

After having a breakfast, you descend a long, steep stone staircase into deep bamboo and rhododendron forests. It is then a short distance on a muddy trail to Bamboo Lodge (2340m.) You trek gently & ascend through bamboo forests with varieties of rhododendron and oak trees. The first town you reach is Dovan (2630m.) where there are few lodges and campsites. Now you pass through a muddy trail which traverses high above the river. Then, we reach our destination for overnight Deurali (3230m)

Day 8Annapurna Base Camp (4,130 m) 5 hours walking and overnight at Lodge (B, L ,D)

After having a breakfast, we will take a path which follows through the alpine forest. After a short trek, gradually you begin to approach Annapurna Base Camp (4130m). From the base camp, you can watch the panoramic views of several peaks which are all so clear and closer to your eye. The breathtaking views will give you vivid pictures that will attach to your memories that you don’t want to erase. Stay overnight at lodge.

Day 9Early morning nice view of Annapurna I (8091m), and Sunrise from Mt. Machhapuchre (6993 m) also magnificent Himalayan panorama and many others, then trek back to Bambo and overnight at Lodge (B, L ,D)

Early morning, enjoy the view of Mount Hiunchuli (6441m), Annapurna South (7229m), Annapurna I (8091m), Annapurna III (7555m), Gangapurna (7454m) and Machhapuchhare or Fish Tail (6997m). You will be amazed to view sun kissing the mountains. Take out your camera and capture those amazing mountains. On that same day, after breakfast, we will trek back to Bamboo from Annapurna Base Camp and stay overnight at lodge.

Day 10Trek to Jhinu (1780 m) 4 hours walking and enjoy at Hot spring, overnight at Lodge (B, L ,D)

After breakfast, we will follow the path that is decent up to Bamboo passing through forests with varieties of rhododendron, oaks and bamboo plants. After Bamboo, the trail goes steeply up to the Kuldi Ghar and now the trail is quite flat until we reach Sinuwa. We trek gradually descending to the Chomrong Khola and we go up a stone staircase which you think will never end for almost an hour till we reach Chomrong. The last part of the trail is steeply down to Jhinudanda. From the town, you walk down for 20 minutes to reach Hot Spring at the bank of the Modi Khola. You can relax at the hot springs and comfort your body with a hot bath. Stay overnight at lodge.

Day 11Trek back to Nayapul (1,050 m) 4 hours walking and then head to Pokhara by private vehicle. Over night at Pokhara Hotel on B / B

After hot breakfast at Jhinu Danda, we will hike up to Nayapul and then take a private vehicle to reach Pokhara. Within the trek to Nayapul is a lovely hike as you can enjoy the views of beautiful landscapes along the trail back. If you are hungry, we will stop at a hotel for lunch. Else, we will head to Nayapul in about 4 hours. Nayapul to Pokhara is about a one hour drive. Overnight at our hotel on bed and breakfast plan.

Day 12Paragliding in Pokhara

Early morning after breakfast. We will head to Sarangkot (1540m) by private vehicle. The paragliding flight gives you amazing views of the whole Pokhara valley, Fewa Lake, and mountain ranges such as: Annapurna, Manaslu, Dhaulagiri, and Machhapuchhre. You can fly with world class pilots, solo or tandem and benefit from local knowledge going cross-country or acro flying, you can even get your international license in Nepal.

Day 13Drive back to Kathmandu by A/C Deluxe Tourist bus. Overnight at Hotel on B / B. Evening Farewell dinner with office staff

After early breakfast at a hotel in Pokhara. We will check-out from hotel and catch our tourist bus which leaves at 7 AM to drive us to Kathmandu and the driving will be a fantastic experience as we drive past many small towns on the way and we are able to see rural settlements, gushing rivers, terraces, and green rural landscapes. We will stop for lunch in between the travel from Pokhara to Kathmandu. After 6 hours drive, we will arrive at Kathmandu and stay overnight at your hotel. One of the Mount Mania representatives will invite you to attend a farewell dinner with a cultural show. Enjoy the fullest.

Day 14Departure from your hotel to Airport

Mount Mania representative will help you to transport to Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA), Kathmandu by private vehicle before 3 hours to your scheduled flight.
