Mundum Trek is a newly launched trekking trail in Nepal. It was launched in January 2018. Mundum Trek is located in Far East Nepal, Diktel (1650m) which is the district headquarter of Khotang. The word ‘Mundum’ is derived from the sacred book of Kirat community. Kirat people are the main indigenous who are residing in the Mudum trekking route. During the trekking journey, you can reach up to the highest point Silchung Peak (4200m) from Diktel Bazar (1650m).

Trekkers who are looking to trek off the beaten path should choose Mundum Trek. This trek route passes through a trail which is quite easy and doesn’t need any challenging trekking experience. Any level of trekkers can trek. Mundum Trek will definitely satisfy your hungriness for the hidden trekking path.

Mundum Trek: Foods & Accommodation 

Starting trek days in Diktel, we will overnight in a teahouse. After we pass through the dense forest, we will overnight in Camp. Mount Mania team will organize the camp including food and accommodation for you. We will arrange everything from well-trained cook and kitchen staff, experienced trekking guide, Sherpa, to porter for Mundum Trek.
