Itinerary

Day 1Arrival in Kathmandu (1,320m) TIA airport overnight at hotel

Day 2Kathmandu valley sightseeing & trek preparation overnight at hotel

Day 3Fly from Kathmandu to Nepalgunj & transfer to Hotel

Day 4Fly from Nepalgunj to Juphal (Dolpo) and Trek to Dunai (2,850m). Overnight at the camp

Day 5Trek from Dunai to Tarakot (2,850m): 5-6 hrs. Overnight at the camp

Day 6Trek from Tarakot to Khani Gaon (2,543m): 3-4 hrs. Overnight at the camp

Day 7Trek from Khani Gaon to Tarap Khola (3,450m): 4-5 hrs. Overnight at the camp

Day 8Trek from Tarap Khola to Yak Kharka (3,800m): 4-5 hrs . Overnight at the camp

Day 9Trek from Yak Kharka to Dho Tarap (4,090m): 5-6 hrs. Overnight at the camp

Day 10Rest Day around Dho Tarap for acclimatization. Overnight at camp

Day 11Trek from Dho Tarap to Tokyu Gaun (4,200m): 5-6 hrs

Day 12 Trek from Tokyu Gaun below Numala pass (4,665m): 4-5 hrs. Overnight at camp beneath the Numa-la

Day 13Cross Numala (5,190m), and camp at Phedi: 6-7 hrs

Day 14Cross Baga La (5,070m) and camp on the other side of the Phedi (4,470m). Overnight at camp 6-7 hours

Day 15Trek from Phedi to Ringmo (3,600m) 6-7 hours. Overnight at camp

Day 16Rest Day at Ringmo & for a hike to Phoksundo Lake (3730m)

Day 17Trek from Ringmo to Chepka (2260m) 5-6 hours. Overnight at camp

Day 18Trek from Chepka to Jhupal 5-6 hours. Overnight at Camp

Day 19Flight from Jhupal to Nepalgunj. On reaching Nepalgunj Aiport. Return back to Kathmandu on the next available flight

Day 20Rest day in Kathmandu and overnight at Hotel
